Brands and retailers are now able to take greater control over quality assurance than ever before.

Comparison Analytics harness the raw power of Inspectorio’s data collection capabilities, giving you instant visibility over all important metric!

One of the most powerful features of Inspectorio Sight is its Comparison Analytics section, which renders data on factories, inspections, and more into actionable information for brands and retailers. This lets you compare crucial attributes with a few clicks and includes advanced filtering capabilities to fine-tune the results.

Our Comparison tool is part of our Analytics suite and is designed to provide stakeholders with a quick, intuitive means of zeroing in on how factories, inspection types, suppliers, and more stack up against one another. Nestled in the Activities menu, it allows you to create an A-B comparison of two objects in the following categories:

  • Factory
  • Inspection executor
  • Inspection type
  • Brand
  • Supplier
  • Oversight office
  • Product line
  • Country

Once you have selected your comparison factor, you are then able to select any two objects within the comparison menu. You can filter the results by any number of the aforementioned comparison factors, giving you an unprecedented level of detail.

Comparison Analytics then provides you with two tools: a General Comparison and a Defect Comparison page. These two tools harness the raw power of Inspectorio’s data collection capabilities, giving you instant visibility over all important metrics collected from all touch points and data aggregates.

Under General Comparison are a number of different sections that vary with the type of comparison factor selected. For example, brands and retailers viewing an A-B comparison of two different factories will find the following sections:

  • Summary
  • Inspection
  • Packaging
  • Workmanship
  • Measurement
  • Verification

Each section in the General Comparison tool includes metrics that are laid out for maximum accessibility, with a graphical representation in each metric showering where the factories lie in relation to each other and to the industry average. These metrics are also optimized for actionability — the Summary section includes the metrics Total Production, Purchase Orders, and Number of Bookings, while the Inspection section will include information on the number of inspections and various fail rates.

Brands and retailers are now able to take greater control over quality assurance than ever before. Combined with other features in the Sight suite, Inspectorio’s Comparison Analytics make it easy to compare the quality of factory output, effectiveness of inspection type, and performance across brands, product lines, countries, and more.

For an industry that has conventionally relied on the experience of an individual to understand the workings of facilities and guide decision-making, this represents a revolutionary level of value to all stakeholders in the supply chain. Instead of relying on the subjective assessment of a person or small team, brands and retailers can now not only act entirely on hard data, but also save enormous amounts of effort and conserve valuable resources by leaving all complex analytics to the software’s machine learning algorithms.

Our Comparison Analytics make the industry’s largest network of inspection data immediately digestible and actionable, providing you with deep insights that empower you to maximize visibility and improve quality across the board — all with significantly less manpower, time, cost and effort than ever before!
